As a Country HRBP, you are acting as a trusted advisor to P&B, TTH business units and S&R business partner in Kaiseraugst. With a deep understanding of local laws and regulations, you align HR strategies with your country\\\'s unique needs, culture, and business goals. You provide guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development while ensuring the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives at the country level.

Your key responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders and employees to implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational performance.
Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution
Identify key talent and high-potential employees, working closely with managers to develop and implement robust development plans
Partner with the compensation and benefits team to implement competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs
Interpret and communicate corporate HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations

You bring
Bachelor\\\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\\\'s degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

Important note
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades\\\' design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles\\\' nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees.
