Country HRBP Eastern Learning & Engagement is responsible for implementing our Swiss learning, development, and diversity strategies. Your key responsibilities
Promote a positive work culture and high employee engagement.
Organize and orchestrate employee onboarding and employee led initiatives (Global Catalyst Network) to drive and reinforce sense of belonging and entrepreneurial mindset.
Implement the Swiss DEI Strategy and communicate it via internal and external employee experience.
Deliver and communicate on talent learning country programs built on business/country needs.
Create career/individual development plans to meet current and future workforce needs.
Execute the company-wide learning & development roadmap in coordination with global talent team.

You bring
Bachelor\\\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong experience as HRBP at regional or country level in talent learning and/or Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Passionate by networking setup and authentic connectivity and partnership.
Proven experience in insightful internal and external event/campaign management. Strong ability to orchestrate cross functional experts.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and analytics to support assertive decision-making.
Important note
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades\\\' design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles\\\' nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees.
