\\n We are looking for a profile for a Swiss Private Bank : Corporate Actions Officer - M/F

- Good understanding of the risks inherent to the corporate actions environment and demonstrate good discipline around control and escalation.
- Build lasting client relationships
- Consistently comply with internal & external regulations
- Handle activities of one of the following pools:
- Receipt of information:
- Cross analyze information received: custodians swifts, agent/Funds prospectus andfinancial providers (such as Bloomberg, Telekurs)
- Create adequate corporate event in the corporate action database
- Answer to questions from Relationship Managers, other internal departments,external parties including clients.
- Notification of information: Write announcement to Relationship Managers and Clients Overall responsibilities
- Follow-up on various topics and issues over the lifecycle of a Corporate Action
- Interchange from one pool to the other, depending on needs
- Collaborate with others team members outside the assigned pool
- At least 3-years\\\' experience in a similar role
- Bachelor Degree
- English - Fluent
