• Define and design the target solution
• Build and test the migration kit
• Provide expertise during the migration
• Solution Architecture:

• Engage with entities at technical level to define and design the target solution for the different Applications, Tech and Workplace servers
• Connect with CTO Office, Product Managers, Center of Excellence, Competency Centers, Cloud Brokers, Factories and Local IT to define solution, enforce best practices and, industrialized solutions
• Coordinate acceptance of target solution architecture up to Architecture Review Board when needed
• Support solution build and deployment in collaboration with entity and AXA Go
• Migration Engineering :

• Develop organisation, process and tools to migrate the different applications or infrastructure
• Promote the leverage of existing platforms, Tech Profiles or Architecture Patterns to accelerate migration
• Adapt standard patterns to suite needs of specific entities or specific scopes
• Drive proof of concept to validate proposed solution
• Migration Kit & Tools:

• Industrialize migration with documentation, procedure, script, automation, check list, prerequisites, migration platforms and tools.
• Transition migration kit and tools to entities and migration factories
• Migration Support L3

• Provide expertise to entities as part of the migration
• Investigate L3 incidents and problems in collaboration with entities, factories and vendors

• Leadership on the following technologies or skills:

• RedHat Linux, RedHat OpenShift, RedHat Ansible for deployment on Azure, AWS or On Premises
• Infrastructure, Development, CI/CD, Operations, Containers, API, Security, Automation
• Communication skills and internal legitimacy to address local and technology domain leadership
• Large project and organization (12,000+ servers, 20+ countries, 40+ entities)
• Fluent to native English
