For this reason, we operate our staff restaurant HOME at our headquarters in Kreuzlingen and offer high-quality and healthy dishes in front cooking for up to 200 guests daily. We are also proud to carry the Gout Mieux certification, which underlines our commitment to sustainable gastronomy. Your range of tasks in the HOME team will essentially include:

• Creative development of varied menus
• Preparation of high-quality and healthy meals for breakfast and lunch
• Ensuring, checking and complying with the HACCP concept and food regulations
• Detailed knowledge of the products offered with regard to allergens, origin and ingredients
• Receiving and checking goods from our suppliers
• Composition of the breakfast buffet and salad bar
• Planning and implementation of internal events and caterings
• Cleaning and temporary dishwashing

Required experience and skills:

• A successfully completed apprenticeship in gastronomy and first professional experience in staff catering
• A passion for creative cooking and healthy and modern forms of nutrition
• A structured, careful and goal-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Confident appearance and communication skills in German and English
