Within our Finance & Controlling division, we are looking for a proactive Controller in Zurich. You will be part of an experienced and professional team whose responsibilities include financial performance measurement and budgeting of entities, transfer pricing governance and execution and master data management.

As our Controller, Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for:

• Showing initiative and take responsibility for a broad variety of processes. Most notably: transfer pricing governance and execution, entity reporting, analyses and planning
• Analyzing, discussing and challenging new and existing Service Level Agreements to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency from a front-to-back point of view in close alignment with Tax and the service provider
• Support budgeting of entities across Vontobel Group. This requires solid understanding of the business and close coordination with different interest groups & stakeholders
• To support and oversee the monthly financial closing process of entities across all regions
• As deputy of the master data management colleague, you will enable consistent and transparent reporting
• Further enhance and digitalize existing reports and increase the informational value of it
• Last but not least represent your team in internal and group wide projects

The ideal candidate brings:

• University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or similar applied quantitative sciences
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling or Accounting in the banking industry on group level, experience in transfer pricing or functional oversight of entities is a plus
• Excellent knowledge in SQL or similar data driven-languages, MS Office (Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint) and Power-Query and -Pivot is a plus
• Good knowledge of data structure, analysis, visualization and reconciliation
• Affinity to maintain and develop Management Information System
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with results-oriented mind-set
• Excellent written & spoken English and German any other language is a plus
