Tasks & ResponsibilitiesLead the technology workstream by developing and executing comprehensive solutions within supply chain planning environment including implementation of SAP IBP and new artwork and PLM solutions. Person would need to ensure that assigned vendor delivering in line with Sandoz strategy and priorities. Collaborate with other work streams and business teams.Firstly, the blue print phrase, within the blue print the role is going to be definingThe future operating model within the supply chain planning (long term demand supply and production planning) aswel as for artwork and PLM.Define a future stack of technologies for supply chain planning for artwork and PLM.High level to be process design (L3, L4, L5)Secondly, Core designDefine, prepare and approve all needed functional specifications based on blue print inputalign with the business on required URSSet up core environment and configure based on FS\\\'s UR\\\'sIdentify and design required integrationsMust HavesExtensive technological transformation programs, with a proven track record of successful implementation and integration. E.g SAP IBP implementation including S&OP, demand planning, supply planning and production planning.Good understanding of integrations within SAP suite (SAP CPI) and 3rd party applications. E.g Integrations to Forecasting tools, ERP systems. Basic knowledge of SAP Basis. Experience of implementing sap s/4hana as an IT lead.Experience with SAP Fiori interfacing.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing large-scale, complex technology projects. Waterfall methodologies as well agile.Practical of experience of usage Jira, confluence, KANBANExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment.Knowledge of change management principles and practices, with experience in driving organizational change initiatives.Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies, with a commitment to delivering high-quality technology solutions.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance in all technology implementations. * Has to have pharma background.
