Sandoz is looking to recruit a Company Administration Manager:
The Company Administration Manager will provide key support activities in the area of paralegal, document management and company administration governance, while supporting the team on a need basis. Manages assigned projects as may be required.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Efficient Document Management: oversee the document flow with involved stakeholders and coordinate signatures, ensure contract lifecycle management.
Draft and maintain required internal documentation.
Assist in activities related to company governance, including board member nominations, general shareholders meetings, and company resolutions.
Meeting Management: prepare and manage meeting minutes and protocols, following up on action items.
Supports the team in various activities, including organizing team meetings, events, and committees.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignments.
Manage projects within your area of responsibility under supervision.
Minimum requirements
Swiss Matura plus business experience or Bachelor\\\'s degree in a related field or comparable education
Previous experience in administrative/team support roles
Basic legal training or equivalent experience
Fluent in German and English written and verbal
Familiarity with legal terminology
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong organizational skills for record and file management
Ability to work independently, confidently, and in alignment with set objectives
Well organized, can prioritize effectively
Collaborative and a strong team player
