Contribute to the implementation of Group Communications priorities and plans in the local markets. This position is responsible to manage and execute communications priorities from BU\\xe2\\x80\\x99s, employee & external Communications, Digital & Brand communications in the assigned markets. The position plays a pivotal generalist role in engaging local employees and/or external stakeholders to enhance and protect dsm-firmenich brand & reputation.

Your key responsibilities
Contribute to the development a of comprehensive communications plan for the assigned markets tailored to serve Group, BU and local needs
Act as communications generalist and team member of the regional communications team to enhance and protect brand & reputation
Drive assigned priorities in employee communications, media relations, crisis communications, change communications, sustainability and public affairs.
Ensure consistency of corporate messaging and branding in local key languages, creating messaging that resonates with respective local audiences, taking into account cultural and linguistic differences
Support two-way communication between the global and local organization, creating success stories, sharing best practice, raising functional needs and issues
Contribute to ad-hoc global projects via the Group Communications talent pool
Support delivery of the global comms priorities: events, townhalls, comms channels, awareness campaigns stakeholder engagement etc.

You bring
An academic degree in Communications
Knowledgeable about dsm-firmenich businesses
Proficiency in using social media and digital communications tools
Several years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related role
Excellent networking, project management and written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative communication ideas
Important notes
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades\\xe2\\x80\\x99 design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles\\xe2\\x80\\x99 nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
