As a member of the Smart Infrastructure communications team, this individual contributor will be responsible for the effective planning and implementation of the communications strategy to support the marketing and business objectives of key SI Vertical Markets.
Your new responsibilities
Prepare communication strategies, based on business and marketing plans, to drive key portfolio and offering related topics
Implement and manage various communication channels that help drive communication objectives as a part of the integrated communications approach (elements can include, but not limited to, social media, digital communications, tradeshows, advertising, public relations, events, promotions, direct mail, website, audio-visual productions, demand generation etc.)
Apply relevant governance standards, policies, and procedures to, and ensure consistency, quality, and transparency of SI messaging and BU communications
Develop content to ensure consistency of message in internal and external communications (e.g., internet, intranet, advertising, press activities, presentations, etc.)
Solid understanding and consistent implementation of corporate brand guidelines
Research and communicate Business Unit/Segment success stories, projects, products, and innovations
Evaluate effectiveness of communication by conducting surveys, inquiries, and other elements of the communication performance management
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Regions and other Business Unit teams to achieve the communication objectives of the vertical markets
Your Skills and experience:
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Several years of experience in performing the planning, directing, executing, and measurement of communications to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to research, analyse, plan, and execute in the areas of campaign development, message development, communications vehicle development, and management and communications effectiveness measurement
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
Experience working across all communications channels \\xe2\\x80\\x93 internal and external \\xe2\\x80\\x93 with a strong focus on new digital tools
Strong teaming skills including cross-cultural abilities
Demonstrates knowledge of organization\\\'s business practices and issues
Ability to track and analyze campaign results
Ability to work under time constraints with multiple projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
