Position Summary
As a Communication Specialist Intern, you will support the implementation of the communication plan to help create one community within the Nutrition Business network to engage, inform and motivate employees in pursuit of a shared strategic vision and goals and build the reputation of our business and brands internally and externally. A Day in the Life of a Communication Specialist Intern
Contribute in developing the internal and external communication plan and calendar and provide support for the execution
Ensure the development of outstanding in-house creative material and assets for internal communication (video, photos, template, communication, messages, memo) aligned with Nestl\\xc3\\xa9 principles
Responsibilibility in posting the internal communication content and ensure alignment across internal and external channels
Support in creating and designing key employee programs
Animate a network of communicators to connect with other internal communication experts beyond Nutrition
Prepare analytics and reports for campaign and posts
What will make you successful
Student or fresh graduate in Communication or Marketing
Strong knowledge and interest in Digital Communication highly desirable
At ease with content creation in various formats (Adobe Suite mostly Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing), Excel and PPT
Outstanding written and oral communication skill
Excellent organization and planification skills with a result and detailed oriented mindset
Demonstrate creative mindset to introduce innovative ideas
Fluent in English
