The Position
The Finance Business Operations Team is a well-established and integrated part of Roche Diabetes Care Switzerland organization. The department\\xe2\\x80\\x99s key focus is on providing support toward the commercial organization. Areas of team\\xe2\\x80\\x99s responsibility cover order management, customer service, management of supply chain and logistics as well as delivering variety of local and global projects.
The Commercial Operations Coordinator role will primarily focus on the order management and customer service aspects of the Supply Chain Management team. We are looking for a multilingual individual able to cover various language zones of Switzerland. In due time we also envision successful candidate to be involved in and/or leading local projects, both of long-term strategic commercial importance as well as short term process optimization improvements.
This job opening offers initial 12 months Roche contract. Candidate successfully integrated into the team will have an opportunity to stay with Roche on permanent contract after the initial period of 12 months.
The advertised position offers
Order management from A\\xe2\\x80\\x93Z (by phone, written, electronically) primarily in German and French, ideally also in Italian
Monitoring of orders in SAP, CRM, e-Shop and ensure timely processing of all orders, following cut-off times, including billing (Order-to-Cash process)
Customer service including handling / forwarding / coordination of customers requests
Managing customer complaints and returns
Management of customers rental contracts (Creation, Cancellations, Monitoring, Reporting, Dunning and Insurance cases)
Customer master data management in SAP and CRM
Management of insurance eTP Process
Close collaboration with local and global departments
Coordination and/or support to selected local projects and improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role (you have to):
Beneficial past experience in customer service, order management or logistics
Fluent German, good French and English knowledge, further languages beneficial (e.g. Italian)
Affinity to IT tools beneficial (good SAP, Sales Force skills)
Independent, self-motivated and accurate working style with great attention to detail, customer and process-oriented way of working
Flexible and reliable personality
