• QR role & SOP responsibility for commercial team
• Support project planning and delivery: manage the daily project activities, monitor and coordinate timelines and schedules
• Set-up an appropriate analysis of risk, opportunity and deviation management for commercial projects
• Help in the preparation of project status reports, reviews and presentations
• Prepare meeting material for BoD, EM, CLT and workshops
• Organize meetings (includes setting agendas, sending invitation and preparing minutes) and ensure smooth cooperation with stakeholder departments
• Summon best practices and apply lessons learned as a \\xe2\\x80\\x98return-of- experience\\xe2\\x80\\x99
• Constantly work to improve WoW and maximize results

• A relevant Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree
• Previous experience in a management consulting firm preferred
• Max 3 years of relevant work experience in similar roles
• PM certificates are a plus
• Very good command of written and spoken English
