\\n As a Commercial Alliances & Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and seamless access of our pharmaceutical products to end-users, including patients and medical professionals.
Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks, including data analysis, forecasting, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, and sales process optimisation.
In this role, you will contribute to the expansion of the company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s business activities across more than 30 worldwide territories.
Responsibilities:
Monthly Reporting: Take charge of the commercial monthly reporting routine, analysing sales performance per country and product range, reviewing customer base dynamics, optimising supply situations, and promptly notifying relevant stakeholders of critical issues.
Sales & Operation (S&OP) Process: Be accountable for the S&OP process by collecting, analysing, and consolidating sales data per reference, generating monthly sales forecasts, and collaborating with supply chain counterparts to ensure accurate forecasting and monitoring of relevant KPIs.
Budgeting: Support the planning process related to budgeting exercises for different markets, considering sales performance and cost structures, and ensure accurate monitoring of agreed-upon action plans. Prepare documentation to support budget proposal reasoning.
Due Diligence & New Product Acquisition: Participate in due diligence and potential new product acquisition by analysing historical sales data and assisting in defining the operational setup for countries within and outside the EEA, including commercial terms and market access information.
Competitive Analysis: Analyse the competitive environment in various countries, including competition, pricing, reimbursement, market barriers, and potential, in order to support strategic investment decisions. Collaborate closely with our local agent network and your line manager.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the migration of the newly implemented MS Power BI tool, ensuring stakeholders receive valuable insights from data and reports. Develop dashboards for management follow-up and decision-making, including data extraction, transformation, and report creation.
Documentation & Governance: Document your activities and network operating conditions (country workbooks) and propose and set up appropriate governance tools to ensure viability and monitoring of your activity scope. Take responsibility for data governance and master data within the organisation.
Corporate Engagement: Be an active participant within the organisation, proactively contributing to the corporate agenda and assisting in structuring the company around ad hoc requests to improve the working environment.
Adherence to Strategy: Ensure all actions align with the company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s growth objectives and adhere to the agreed strategy, working practices, and business values and ethics. Travel may be required (up to 10% of the employee\\xe2\\x80\\x99s time).
Your profile:
You have a master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in business / management.
You have at least 3 years of experience in the \\xe2\\x80\\x9cBig 4\\xe2\\x80\\x9d (financial audit) or similar \\xe2\\x80\\x93 (an international environment exposure is a plus).
You are at your ease in building Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
You are proactive and flexible towards changing priorities upon business needs
You are used to manage several projects at the same time: your analytical and organisation skills are part of your key strengths.
You are rigorous, a talented communicator, eager to learn, curious of everything, and you are able to work within an environment where flexibility is necessary.

You are ready to travel (+/- 10% Travel time).
You have a very good command of IT tools: a.o. MS Office, MS Projects or project management tools. Mastering of Excel is a must
