(contact t\\xc3\\xa9l\\xc3\\xa9phonique, identification du probl\\xc3\\xa8me, solution)\\n
\\n\\n\\nSupport technique \\xc3\\xa0 la client\\xc3\\xa8le\\n
Gestion compl\\xc3\\xa8te des pannes conform\\xc3\\xa9ment aux contrats de maintenance \\n

Formation continue \\n
Des bonnes prestations sociales\\n

- \\n
- CFC d\\\'employ\\xc3\\xa9 de commerce ou \\xc3\\xa9quivalent\\n
- 1er exp\\xc3\\xa9rience dans un service client, un r\\xc3\\xa9el atout\\n
- Id\\xc3\\xa9alement bilingue FR/ALL, mais au min. B2\\n
- Grande ma\\xc3\\xaetrise des outils informatiques \\n
- Bien organis\\xc3\\xa9, bonne gestion du stress\\n
- Ouvert aux services de piquets (1 fois toutes les 5 semaines)\\n
