Job Description
Leading the hotel
The operative and autonomous management of the entire hotel operation as well as the coordination and supervision of the business process and the in-house organization
The development, tracking and implementation of goal-oriented business plans
The analysis of monthly business evaluations as well as reporting and forecasting
The management of key customers with a large volume of annual room nights
Network management to key stakeholders and partners
Team leadership
Staff planning and responsibility over the staffing budget
Regular appraisal of staff (achievement of objectives), assessment of expertise, evaluation of leadership performance and behaviors) and agreement of qualification and professional development objectives
Career development of managers and employees in the hotel (annual identification of high potentials and high performers and promotion of their professional development for Accor)
Promotion of the service culture
Initiation and follow-up of all measures to maintain and develop the corporate identity, product standards, quality and guest satisfaction in the hotel and with the brand
Taking on public relations and responsibility for the image of his hotel and the brand at the location
Establishment and implementation of an annual training plan for all employees
Qualifications
Several years of professional experience in a management position in a similar hotel or company
Dealing with international guests
Hands on mentality
Know-How in the operation of various tools
Know-How in the food & beverage and conference area

Strong ability to build and strengthen relationships
Strategic, creative and able to communicate clearly
Outstanding leader who is able to inspire others
