We at Julius Baer are doing everything possible to enable our teams live DevOps day in, day out. An important part of this effort is in building platforms for our product teams, these platforms enable them to provision all the infrastructure and other resources they need to deliver their products in a self-service manner.
As our applications landscape continues to evolve over time, integration is a key topic for us and we would like to invest further in the platforms we have in place that enable teams to integrate their applications, most notably our API Gateway and our Streaming platform. Your objective, together with your team, is to own and provide a state-of-the-art API gateway and streaming platforms for Julius Baer.

YOUR CHALLENGE
- Implement complex ecosystems and API platforms with a best-in-class developer experience
- Co-own our API Gateway and Streaming solutions together with your team
- Work closely to development teams, supporting and mentoring them in their API/Stream integration journey
- Partner with our Technical Excellence team, by implementing POCs, automation and pipeline templates for your customers
- Be responsible for the security, availably and maintainability of your platforms
- Bachelor in information technology or corresponding expertise
- Solid experience on a similar position
- Proven experience of working with APIs and streaming as a user or developer
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working
- High quality awareness
- Eagerness to work in an open, global, multicultural and collaborative environment
- Fluent English, German is nice to have
