\\n For our medical device client in Zurich, we are looking for a person who will be responsible for surgical clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Manage utilization of procedures with the customers in assigned territory.
• Cross-sell the use of the device to clinical specialities in hospitals.
• Train and accompany surgeons and OR staff in the use of the device before and during procedures.
• Clinical support during setup, surgery and after surgery.
• Communication and presentation of the clinical benefits of the device.
• Own customer satisfaction, support and evolve surgeon and KOL network.
• Training of staff on clinical issues.
• Participation in important trade fairs, events, and personal presence on the market.
• Forecasting of predicted usage.

Requirements

• Completed professional training in health care.
• Experience in operating theatre (hospital, clinic).
• Preferably with good knowledge in General surgery, Gynaecology and Urology.
• Fluent in German and English.
