- Assurer le contact t\\xc3\\xa9l\\xc3\\xa9phonique avec nos clients.
- Informer nos clients sur nos diff\\xc3\\xa9rents produits, outils et services.
- Conseiller la client\\xc3\\xa8le en cas de probl\\xc3\\xa8mes techniques.
- R\\xc3\\xa9pondre aux diff\\xc3\\xa9rentes demandes par email.
- Effectuer les rendez-vous client\\xc3\\xa8le
- Vous poss\\xc3\\xa9dez une formation commerciale (CFC ou maturit\\xc3\\xa9) et/ou une exp\\xc3\\xa9rience pr\\xc3\\xa9alable dans le domaine bancaire (id\\xc3\\xa9alement 1-3 ann\\xc3\\xa9es dans un Front Office). Nous consid\\xc3\\xa9rons \\xc3\\xa9galement pour ce poste un jeune dipl\\xc3\\xb4m\\xc3\\xa9 universitaire avec des connaissances en finance de march\\xc3\\xa9 et \\xc3\\xa0 la recherche d\\\'une premi\\xc3\\xa8re exp\\xc3\\xa9rience dans le domaine bancaire.
- Vous souhaitez maintenant d\\xc3\\xa9velopper vos comp\\xc3\\xa9tences commerciales en collaboration avec des experts, leaders dans leur domaine (Informatique, Trading, Back Office).
- De langue maternelle fran\\xc3\\xa7aise, vous ma\\xc3\\xaetrisez parfaitement l\\\'anglais, l\\\'italien est un plus.
- Dot\\xc3\\xa9 d\\\'un sens aigu du service, vous aimez le contact client\\xc3\\xa8le et savez faire face avec calme \\xc3\\xa0 des situations complexes.
- Flexible sur vos horaires de travail, vous \\xc3\\xaates dispos\\xc3\\xa9 \\xc3\\xa0 travailler ponctuellement jusqu\\\'\\xc3\\xa0 22h.
