The division is responsible for some of the Group\\\'s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.The function is part of the Client Register - LUX Team, and report directly to the Client Register Team Leader.Your roleThe main role of the function is the opening and maintenance of our various customer accounts. This involves responsibilities, including the codification of static data in different systems and ensuring its quality through controls. The position also encompasses a variety of tasks, such as supporting the front office, interacting with external stakeholders, and validating money transfers.To meet future challenges of the role, having a digital mindset is an asset.Here are the key responsabilities:
Open and maintain all types of customer accounts.
Perform data quality controls.
Support and assist front office teams.
Validate transfers of money / securities based on internal and external requirements.
Being actively involved in writing clear procedures of the team\\\'s activities.
Contribute to the digitalization / optimization of the numerous workflows.
Your profileEducation level:
Bachelor degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Requested experience:
3 years\\\' experience in administrative roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Technical skills :
IT skills: banking software (Avaloq would be an asset).
Proficiency in Excel.
In general, a strong ability to adapt to new IT tools.
Banking knowledge: good knowledge of the account opening process and all that it involves: responsibilities and risks.
Soft skills:
Rigor and method.
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Sense of service and communication.
Language skills:
French: fluent
English: very good knowledge
German: would be considered as an asset
