Client Data Specialist / Paralegal

Aufgaben

Responsible for the control of client documents and signatures and archiving of client data / Ensuring smooth operations for clients / Responsible for the correctness of client data in the archives throughout the life cycle / Responsible for best practices in client master data management / Controlling and approval of all account openings for both private and corporate clients / Support and close cooperation with the Relationship Managers in Private Banking as well as with Institutional Sales in Asset Management / Contribute to the optimization of service products, tools, processes and systems of the department / Ad hoc group projects.

Qualifikation

Banking apprenticeship, KV or HF / Knowledge of the back office processes of a bank / Experience in account opening and management, ideally in private banking / Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as CDB, KYC and ideally in tax compliance (FATCA, CRS) / Analytical, responsible personality with a quick perception that still remains efficient under time pressure / Ability to set priorities and good work organization / Communication skills and interpersonal skills / IT affinity in dealing with systems and skilled with MS Office / German as well as English.
