We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Data Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to supervise data quality, help penetrate the adoption of client insights analytical tools and support markets\\\'/HQ\\\'s request on preparing client data and reports.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data/IT systems and tools (Salesforce, SAP, GCP, Excel etc.), have strong data analytical skills and equipped with good business acumen, have excellent communication skills.

Supervise data quality:
Be the guardian of Vacheron Constantin data compliance strategy
Identify data issues existing in different client data tools and discrepancies cross-systems
Be the direct contact for client data quality questions from markets and HQ members
Report and document the client data quality issues whatever the source
Follow up with Group IT/Data teams on solving the problems
Communicate the solutions to stakeholders and provide regular status quo of all data quality issues
Maintain optimal data quality in client systems (Service Cloud, GCP) to ensure business actions and activations
Lead the adoption of client analytical tools (Service Cloud, GCP, Looker):
Manage access to different tools for Markets and HQ members
Follow up the new releases of features & client KPIs together, prepare and update user guide and materials
Coordinate training plan and materials with RIC Group & provide regular and ad-hoc trainings for new/ existing users
Create new dashboards and analysis based on business and market requests
Be part of client data insights preparation and data projects\\\' launch:
Support markets\\\'/HQ\\\'s request on preparing client data and reporting
Support the Client Data Specialist in meetings preparation
Assist in client data projects launches, performance tracking, and learning sharing
Drive actions from data:
Support markets in their adoption of client activation tools (scoring, campaign management\\xe2\\x80\\xa6)
Provide insights and recommendation in the Data Center of Excellence
Edit & present guidelines and process based on client data knowledge
Requirements
Bachelor\\\'s degree in data/statistics/business management.
Minimum 3-year- work experience
Relevant experience preferably in retail, banking/insurance and/or luxury industry.
Fluent in English, French as a plus
Comfortable with IT tools such as Salesforce, SAP, GCP, Looker, etc.
Solid capability to use SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint to perform data analysis and visualization.
Experience with LookML & Looker is appreciated.
Rigorous, precise, analytical, and synthetic mind and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast path environment and collaboratively in a team.
Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with data users, explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, and present to non-technical audiences.
