Management of critical functions such as engineering, procurement, pre-assembly, final assembly, operating tests and installation at customer\\xe2\\x80\\x99s site and reporting to the Advisory Board of the company.
Taking responsibility for all stages of the value chain as a part of the C-Level leadership team.
Active involvement in coaching specialists in all relevant departments.
Keeping a high standard regarding time management, quality of the machines and cost management.
Application of your expertise in lean manufacturing to facilitate scalable growth without excessive capacity or space need and to inspire team learning and improvement.
Your profile
Higher education in mechanics, machinery, electricity or automation, supplemented by solid training in business management.
At least 5 to 10 years of experience in leadership positions, incl. similar responsibilities in an industrial environment with a focus on mechanical/plant engineering of large plants (more than series production) and project management skills.
Strong personality fostering a culture in which people continuously work to improve processes.
Leadership mentality with the ability to create and defend opinions.
Fluent in French and English
