• Herstellung von anspruchsvollen pharmazeutischen Zwischenprodukten und Wirkstoffen
• Entwicklung und Aufstufung (Scale up, Small Scale) in den Pilotanlagen
• Aufstufung neu entwickelter chemischer Prozesse im Minipilot (10 l - 30 l)
• Selbst\\xc3\\xa4ndige Bedienung von SPS/PLS und pneumatisch gesteuerten Anlagen
• Selbst\\xc3\\xa4ndige Durchf\\xc3\\xbchrung von mehrstufigen Synthesen anhand der Betriebsvorschriften unter Einhaltung der cGMP- und Hygienevorschriften
• Bedienung aller Nebenanlagen im chemisch-pharmazeutischen Bereich
• Dokumentation aller T\\xc3\\xa4tigkeiten in GMP-gerechter und korrekter Form
• Einhaltung aller sicherheitsrelevanten Vorgaben
• Reinigung der Anlagen
• Durchf\\xc3\\xbchrung einfacher Unterhalts- und Revisionsarbeiten

Your profile

• Abschluss als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe EFZ, Chemikant, Dipl. Chemietechnologe
• Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung von (Mehrzweck-) Anlagen und Steuerungssystemen in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Produktion
• Kenntnisse in den Grundoperationen der chemischen Produktion (Ansetzen, Dosieren, Kristallisation, Filtration, Destillation und Separation etc.)
• Bereitschaft, Schichtarbeit zu leisten
• Hohes Sicherheits- und Qualit\\xc3\\xa4tsbewusstsein sowie die Bereitschaft zur Flexibilit\\xc3\\xa4t und zur Weiterbildung am Arbeitsplatz
• Zuverl\\xc3\\xa4ssige, exakte und saubere Arbeitsweise
