Within the Global Central Procurement function, reporting to the Procurement Manager Parts & Service, you will be responsible to plan, direct and control the company\\\'s purchasing requirements of Spare Parts.
Your main responsibilities include:
Support in defining internal needs and in assessing market conditions.
Participate in identifying a sourcing strategy for the referring materials/components based on technological roadmap and supplier base definition.
Support in negotiating Long Term contracts.
Collect supplier KPI\\\'s and analyze supplier cost, quality and delivery performances.
Support Product Management and Supplier Quality Assurance activities.
Identify operational/financial risks and develop mitigation plans.
Execute cost reduction projects.
Manage order processing and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Leading a small local team of people, you are passionate about coaching, developing, attracting and inspiring the local team to ensure effective leadership, collaboration and balance in achieving KPIs You set high standards for teamwork, collaboration and execution through determination, spirit of initiative and open mind.
Your profile:
You have a Master\\\'s Degree in Engineering or Economic
You have 5-7 experience in procurement roles, preferably acquired in multinational companies
Good knowledge and understanding of strategic procurement methodologies and spend analysis
You have excellent negotiation abilities, project management skills and an analytical approach.
You understand and ensure the importance of compliance and governance within the procurement processes
You have good communication and interpersonal skills
Your approach is structured and with good organizational skills
You are fluent in German and English, Italian is a plus
