ANREPA was founded in 2011, is located in Baar and manages the Deep Research Fund. The Deep Research Fund invests in companies that can withstand a crisis, set high sustainability goals, and are managed with the long-term future in mind. The investment process follows a value investing philosophy. We conduct all research in-house, from screening to full-fledged research on risk, accounting and financials, business model and strategy, culture to sustainability all the way to the vote preparation for AGMs. Hence, we spend a significant amount of time researching stocks as a team. We see ourselves as long-term investors and consider a share to be a piece of ownership in a business, rather than just a piece of paper with a price.

Job Description
As a member of the equity research team, you will take part in our day-to-day equity research operations, which include among other things:

• Assisting in the Deep Research Fund\\xe2\\x80\\x99s stock market screening process
• Researching, analyzing and valuing companies in search of new investments
• Preparing the risk profile of individual companies
• Assessing risks in a portfolio context
• Analyzing companies\\xe2\\x80\\x99 sustainability concerns and issues
• Monitoring and keeping in touch with companies of the Deep Research Fund

What you can expect
You will be joining the equity research team (\\xe2\\x80\\x9cERT\\xe2\\x80\\x9d), comprised of highly dedicated and passionate long-term value investors. We work as a team, like to challenge each other, but also support and help each other during the research process. Our work is meticulous and comprehensive as we aim to understand businesses in order to assess their validity as a portfolio position. As an ERT member, you will be joining our research operations from screening to finished research report. You will also take part in the investment committee discussions. Travel can be part of the job, whether it is attendance of capital market days, visiting company headquarters, consumer electronics show or other conferences. As an ERT member, you will be joining our internal book club, where we strive to improve our skills and become better investors together. Qualifications

• Relevant investment education or experience (e.g. Bachelor or Master in Finance or Accounting, CFA, CPA, CAIA, MBA, etc.)
• We also consider applicants with different degrees if pursuit of becoming a value investor is clearly demonstrated
• Proficient in English. Other languages are a plus
