You have a deep understanding of the entire corporate value chain as well as the business interrelationships and are passionate about a wide range of topics with the aim of optimizing existing processes. Collaborate closely with our Management to streamline processes, drive automation, and enhance productivity, all while enjoying a hands-on approach to optimizing our business! You will report directly to the CFO.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and evaluate processes to identify potential of optimization within the entire corporate value chain with the focus on streamlining processes, drive automation and promoting simplified cross team collaboration. Processes range from customer onboarding processes and account management to service quality and operational fulfillment.
Analyze data, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Drive initiatives to automate and streamline business processes, leveraging the latest technologies.
Collaborate closely with responsible team members of the areas of focus to understand their needs and challenges and develop tailor-made solution to improve daily business processes.
Implement defined process improvement together with the line management.
Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements, providing regular reports to the management team.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience in consulting: 3-5 years with a large consulting firm: structural thinking, problem solving and understanding basics of businesses.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Adept at understanding department-specific challenges and finding tailored solutions
Knowledge of process automation tools and methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills and empathy in an intercultural environment
Tech skills: You are very comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel etc
Language skills: English is a must, German or French a plus.
Hands-on mentality: You identify optimization potential everywhere and increase FELFEL\\\'s efficiency
Non-smoker: You never smell like cigarettes and don\\\'t smoke during the day: FELFEL is about healthy living.
EU/EFTA or Swiss work permit.
