You are responsible for the evolution of Lufthansa Group\\\'s distribution target picture & roadmap on global, market and partner level. Thereby you will focus on defining approaches and identifying partners that will - sustainably and profitably - customer value and reach of digital sales channels.
Develop and evolve direct sales, online partner and distribution strategies in close collaboration within the domain as well as cross-functionally
Lead digital air retailing initiatives from ideation to implementation
Actively exchange with stakeholders to ensure that the strategic approaches are aligned and fit into the global markets strategy
Communicate the digital retailing approach and drive its implementation in day-to-day operations
Represent and communicate the digital retailing perspective in various platforms including top management
Create transparent & structural view from market, partner & global perspective on digital sale topics (direct & indirect online and distribution) with focus on prioritization

Requirements
You have a background in business development, digital sales or airline distribution and have a collaborative mindset with the willingness to drive the revolution towards modern air retailing.
Higher educational degree (Master or equivalent) in business or relevant domain
Methodological tool kit to guide and execute the strategic process from conceptualization to implementation
Profound knowledge and experience with travel distribution and retailing ecosystem
(at least 5 years relevant experience) * Know-how of digital partner processes and relevant interfaces
Ability and willingness to work across functional lines in multi-hub and global coordination setting with a team-player attitude
A sense for new trends and good feeling for value creating potential
International experience and market knowledge are a plus
Very good spoken and written English skills
