Within the growth and development of our client, a general construction company in Switzerland and Austria, we are looking for a Business Developer.

This role reports hierarchically to the company\\\'s General Manager and functionally to the Commercial Directorate.

The main responsibilities, although not exhaustive, are:

? Conduct research to gather information on projects included in the Long List provided by the Chief Commercial Officer EU & Africa (CCOEA), while adhering to priorities and any instructions given by the CCOEA;

? Identify and select partners (suppliers, specialized subcontractors) who possess the appropriate characteristics to meet the qualifications and capabilities required for the project. Coordinate with the GM of CSC, the Purchasing Manager, and the headquarters to advance proposals to the CCOEA and explore commercial synergies. If applicable, recognize the possibility of establishing partnerships for each project of interest.

? Conduct site visits to assess the nature and reality of the projects of interest;

? Maintain agreement classifications;

? Participate in coordination meetings for bid preparation studies, as well as meetings dedicated to their technical and financial closure;

? Monitor the approval of initiatives issued by the relevant functions at the headquarters;

? Contribute to coordinating all partner groups and study participants for the current PQ/TENDER.

University degree in Civil Engineering and technical background in the field;

Proven work experience in the same role or related roles in multinational contexts, preferably in the construction sector in Switzerland;

Required languages: English and French spoken and written fluently, German and Italian are preferred and appreciated;

Availability for business trips to the countries within the scope of work and beyond, as determined by the CCOEA.
