What you\\\'ll do
As a Business Analyst, you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll be supporting the identification of solutions that deliver value to stakeholders and lead in the definition and realisation of solutions, processes, benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities, understanding of required capabilities and modelling the organisation.
You\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll also be:
Creating and maintaining documentation as well as supporting controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
Identifying and supporting cut-over and implementation tasks
Tracing and linking business requirements to future state design
Creating and executing test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design
Facilitating user acceptance testing and supporting business users in executing the user acceptance testing
Building, managing and maintaining a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions
The skills you\\\'ll need
To be successful in this role you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll need a degree in computer science or information systems as well as professional business analysis training (or equivalent). This coupled with a highly analytical mindset, strong technical and organisational skills, great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your work.
We\\\'ll also expect you to be fluent in SQL. An understanding of Avaloq Core Banking Platform / Object Model would be a significant advantage.
You\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll also need:
Good English communication skills, written and verbal
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with internal and external stakeholders and in an international environment
Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
A background of delivering business analysis in a technology or IT change function
Strong stakeholder management skills
