We are looking for a Business Information Analyst in our Program Management and Supply Chain \\xe2\\x80\\x93 Department in Small Molecules. He/Her undertakes activities to support Program Management and Supply chain. Demonstrates excellent judgment and carries out duties within defined policies and procedures, identifying which issues need to be escalated to management and those which can be handled independently. A technical expert, working with cross-functional teams, to ensure the PM & SC team delivery exemplary output.
Key responsibilities:
Support PM & SC Group in Data Analysis, Data Reporting, S&OP Forecasting, Profitability Reporting, Cost Bridges, Delivery Monitoring and more.
Responsible for producing up-to-date, accurate and relevant data analysis in a timely manner, to support managers (PM & SC) in critical business decisions
Ensures the forecast, deferred revenue and profitability data in the appropriate systems (e.g. IBP) and related reporting (SAP-BW). Reach out to the responsible Stakeholders to update any missing info to ensure data accuracy in the live system
SAP related tasks: Raise invoices, helps setting up new customers and helps to resolve SAP issues with other team members. SAP training will be provided as needed.
Generate reports and manages information as needed. This includes continuous improve of reports to facilitate better understanding and clarity (S&OP, POC prediction, On time delivery, Plan vs Actual), automation of reports to simplify data availability, design of templates for reporting, e.g. in Excel and Power BI
Act as support for Program Management and Supply chain team members as well as team leads and head of SC & PM
Key requirements:
Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree is required
3+ years of experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical, biotechnology or chemical support role
Preferred field of study is accounting
Business fluent in English and ideally German
Knowledge in Power BI or other information systems preferred
