Job Overview:
Burger King, a beloved restaurant brand globally known for flame-grilling since 1954, seeks an International Innovation Manager. The company leads innovation in the plant-based category, grows its footprint in premium segments, and develops fast digital sales channels, loyalty, and guest engagement. The International Innovation Manager will lead key global projects and define the innovation roadmap of Burger King. The role involves leading consumer-centric product innovation from concept development to rollout across regions and key markets. Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop a portfolio strategy by identifying key growth opportunities for the business.
Address business needs through innovation centered around consumer insights and needs.
Lead research to validate hypotheses around key consumer insights.
Collaborate with NPD and other brand team members to conceptualize insights, creating a product with a guest-favorite and brand identity.
Serve as a project manager and engage the multifunctional team with a clear roadmap.
Influence and sell innovation to internal and external stakeholders by using a growth story and relevant consumer data points.
Maintain and expand a network of partners and suppliers to understand market and technology trends.
Contribute to delivering against Burger King\\\'s sustainability targets by leading projects in this area.
Administer global portfolio governance.
Required Skills:
A master\\\'s or bachelor\\\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
At least 3 years of experience in innovation and marketing-related roles is required, with a proven track record of delivering growth in the innovation area.
The ability to pick up insights not only among consumers but also external stakeholders is essential.
A strong cross-functional mindset is needed, with the ability to lead projects across multiple groups with various levels of stakeholders.
Experience in leading consumer research with research agencies.
A data-driven mindset is necessary, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to deliver recommendations.
Fluent English skills are required, and the ability to speak other languages is a plus.
