Stellenbeschreibung

• F\\xc3\\xbchrung und \\xc3\\x9cberwachung des Bulkproduktionsteams mit rund 30 Mitarbeitenden
• Gew\\xc3\\xa4hrleistung der Produktion von Bulkprodukten, die technischen, hygienischen und organisatorischen Standards gem\\xc3\\xa4\\xc3\\x9f gesetzlichen Vorgaben und cGMP-Richtlinien entsprechen
• Verbesserung der Betriebsprozesse durch effiziente Nutzung der Produktionsanlagen
• Koordinationsmanagement zwischen den Bereichen Produktion, Erst- und Zweitverpackung, Qualit\\xc3\\xa4tssicherung und Technik, um einen kontinuierlichen Betriebsablauf sicherzustellen und die Einhaltung der Produktionsfristen zu gew\\xc3\\xa4hrleisten

Erwartetes Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Fachbereich, wie Pharmazie, Chemie oder Biologie
• Fachkenntnisse in der Produktion fester Arzneiformen gem\\xc3\\xa4\\xc3\\x9f cGMP
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Handhabung und Funktion von Produktionsanlagen, einschlie\\xc3\\x9flich Granulierung, Tablettierung, Beschichtung und Kapsel Bef\\xc3\\xbcllung
• Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufs- und F\\xc3\\xbchrungserfahrung im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Produktion
• Initiative, pr\\xc3\\xa4zise und verl\\xc3\\xa4ssliche Herangehensweise, Eigenst\\xc3\\xa4ndigkeit, Teamkompetenz, Organisationsgeschick und Kundenfokus
• Gute Deutsch- sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen sind von Vorteil
