\\n B2B Transformation Manager (f/m/d) 100%

Tasks:

• Responsible for leading the main strategic B2B transformation program with 3 main work streams and various sub-streams leading an interdisciplinary core team of 10-12 employees and actively manage various stakeholders (IT, Network, Salesforce, Base Management, Product Portfolio, B2B Operations, Customer Service, Marketing Communication, BI/Reporting, Finance Controlling)
• Responsible for acting as Change Agent across the B2B organization ensuring the transformation strategy is well understood and supported
• Develop and continuously monitor the transformation roadmap (timeline, milestones and releases) and continuously align with the core team and all relevant stakeholders on status, timeline etc.
• Act as the interface between IT and Business and highlight risks and dependencies across the various streams
• Support the core team in collaborating and focus/prioritization and organize deep dive workshops for relevant sub-streams or supporting units such as Finance
• Highlight risks and dependencies across the work streams and across other B2B initiatives to B2B Management and C-Level
• Support with other B2B Transformation initiatives and projects and highlight interconnected dependencies and risks by developing one holistic B2B program roadmap

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration or similar training
• Experience in leading large, complex transformation programs, preferably in the telco environment
• Experience in change management
• Quick understanding of complex tasks/topics and contexts
• Ability to think strategically/conceptually but support \"hands-on\" in the workstreams where leadership/guidance is needed
• Solution oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills in English, preferably in German
