You will be responsible for managing all data management activities, including study set-up and study conduct.Nestl\\xc3\\xa9 Research is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, employs approximately 1000 people and is comprised of five Nestl\\xc3\\xa9 Institutes: Food Sciences, Health Sciences, Food Safety & Analytical Sciences, Packaging Sciences, and Agricultural Sciences. • Conducts data management tasks while ensuring adherence to current guidelines and internal processes
• Manages the clinical data flow, from its definition in the protocol to its final delivery to the biostatistician
• Oversees outsourced activities, collaborating closely with a more senior data manager
• Actively shares lessons learned and insights within the team

What will make you successful

• MSc degree with a scientific background
• Knowledge of clinical trial designs
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in data management and regulatory guidance (e.g., GCP, CDISC)
• A solid understanding of scientific principles and business needs
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively manage data
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both scientific and business partners
