Aufgaben

Responsible for regulatory reporting requirements related to national and international transactions for HQ, subsidiaries and private and corporate clients / Responsible for managing day-to-day operations while contributing innovative ideas for further development of the automatic systems and resolving emerging problems / Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production of regulatory reporting in compliance with national and international regulations / Responsible for delivering timely and high-quality reports to all internal and external stakeholders / Collaboration with the teams in business and IT at HQ and subsidiaries for projects worldwide / Management of projects for the ongoing development of regulatory reporting / Further development and optimization of controls and standards in regulatory reporting / Maintenance of documentation and instructions / SPOC for all requests related to own area of responsibility, including organizational and coordination tasks.

Qualifikation

Bachelor or Master in Accounting or Banking & Finance / Professional experience at a bank, BigFour-Company or at the Financial Supervisory Authority / Experienced with regulatory reporting for e. g. the SNB, FINMA, FMA or Bundesbank / Analytical personality with team orientation / Very precise and independent way of working / Fast grasp of complex issues and ability to work under pressure / Maintaining efficiency and effectiveness under pressure / Flexibility in an international environment / High social skills and enjoys communicating with intercultural teams / Committed team player with technical affinity and interest in working with technical systems / Very good MS Office skills and an affinity for technical systems and software / German as well as English.
