International Associate Director, Digital Strategy

In this role you will be responsible for evolving Novocure\\\'s digital engagement capabilities across a wide variety of target groups and countries. Working both strategic and hands-on you will be shaping all aspects of digital engagement and digital brand management. Keeping a pulse on digital innovation and playing an integral role in developing and executing our data-driven digital strategy while collaborating closely with other internal and external digital experts.

Your responsibilities:

• In collaboration with commercial functions, assess opportunities where digital can be used to leverage existing offers, create new or improve the offer for a better customer experience.
• Become the point of contact for external agencies, supporting Novocure\\\'s digital strategy while also supporting internal stakeholders with your digital expertise.
• Maximize the impact of the International Business Operations initiatives by developing comprehensive digital strategies and programs for HCPs and Patients across all appropriate channels.
• Work in close collaboration with Global Digital Strategy, representing the International Region in all relevant Forums and flawlessly executing roll-outs and implementations of Global projects.
• Define and drive adoption of Digital strategy, standards, best process and metrics tracking.
• Work In cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical, Patient Advocacy and others.
• Manage the internal Medical, Legal/Regulatory and Marketing material review process for assigned projects.
• Plan, coordinate, roll-out and execute different digital marketing initiatives supporting the business goals such as: SEO, SEA, Newsletters and others.

Your profile:

• Degree in business, marketing, IT or any other relevant field.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies and programs.
• Exceptional business aptitude, strategic thinking and creative abilities.
• Experience with web analytics and metrics tools such as Matomo or Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques and tools, including A/B testing, personalization, tracking and reporting
• Deep project and program management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and coordinate and engage with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Up to date understanding of digital trends, tools and developments paired with creative thinking and an analytical mindset.
• Ideally: Understanding of basic programming languages such as JavaScript, CSS and HTML
