WHAT YOU\\xe2\\x80\\x99LL DO
As an Associate Creative Director with experience in the Luxury industry, you have a creative vision and are driven to realize it through your work for clients: from briefing, to concept ideation, production and presentation.
You will create compelling creative concepts across various formats and for different platforms (print and digital) for the portfolio of premium and luxury brands served by DLG within the watchmaking, jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, private banking, and real estate sectors.
Your love for your craft and ability to turn briefs into relevant & effective creative concepts, while mastering luxury codes and respecting brands\\xe2\\x80\\x99 DNA, will help our clients shine and achieve their goals!
WHAT YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE
Develop relevant and impactful creative concepts and art direction with our Creative team (based on strategy, target audience, brand, brand guidelines, design trends, etc.)
Create structured decks with mood boards, storyboards and mockups in order to support your creative vision.
Work closely with our International Creative Director, Account Managers, Creative team (copywriters, motion designers, graphic designers) to take ideas from concept to execution, and to deliver on time and on budget.
Overview the production cycle of assets and guide the creative team to ensure the consistency, relevancy, and compatibility of all media produced (including but not limited to social media assets, web, display ads, newsletters, print, etc.)
Develop creative toolkits and templates
Actively train & support junior creative team members (e.g. conduct workshops, etc.), and communicate internally about ways of working with design teams
Meet with clients or the internal marketing team to understand their needs, share ideas and present your and your colleagues\\xe2\\x80\\x99 work
Stay up to date on trends, tools, and new technologies and apply them strategically through our ideation and feedback processes
Monitor competitor and industry content and share with the broader team
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE
At least 8 years experience in art direction.
Passionate about craft with strong design skills showcasing brand identity, layout and typographic skills for a variety of supports including social media.
Strong conceptual skills with a portfolio showcasing art direction, concepts, moodboards and content creations for campaigns
Solid experience working with multiple clients, being part of a creative studio / agency
Experience in designing for the Luxury industry or premium brands
Be comfortable working in a collaborative manner with other art directors, designers and motion designers.
Mastery of the following software suite: Adobe creative cloud, Figma
Perfectly fluent in English and French
Excellent presentation skills
Knowledge and interest for social media creative and innovative formats
Proficiency on video editing and animation softwares a plus: After Effects, Premier Pro, etc.
Familiarity with watchmaking design codes and standards is a plus
