Your mission : The Mechanical Engineering Section is looking for an 80-100% administrative assistant to support the Section Director and deputy in their tasks.
Main duties and responsibilities include : Administrative follow-up o Accounting management of section budgets (operating and salary funds/envelopes), monthly financial monitoring and year-end landing forecasts, purchasing, management of expense accounts for the director and deputy director. o Administrative management of mechanical engineering student files, welcome and information desk, referral to internal services, verification of course, semester project, internship and Master\\\'s project registrations. o Coordination with the academic department and teaching staff regarding: timetable control, oral exam experts and teaching loads, recruitment of student assistants. o Administrative follow-up of mobile students o General support for the section, editing and updating website and promotional material
Events and working groups o Organization and coordination of section events related to study promotion, information sessions and graduation ceremonies. o Management and organization of section commissions, councils, etc., sending out invitations, managing registrations, organizing catering and drafting minutes.

Excellent command of French and English is mandatory (both written and spoken).
Computer skills with a very good command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Experience in budget and accounting organization
Ability to interact with all levels of teachers, lecturers, administrative staff and students in a multicultural/international environment.
Autonomy, organizational skills, initiative, thoroughness and attention to detail.
Commercial training (CFC d\\\'employ\\xc3\\xa9-e de commerce or equivalent).
