• Ensuring exceptional service and embodying the values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
• Contributing to a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
• Taking responsibility for the smooth operations within your area and maintaining the highest quality standards
• Implementing the modern Japanese restaurant concept
• Supporting the Sushi Master in the preparation of sushi and sashimi, also in the guest area/show kitchen
• Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Implementing hotel-specific quality standards, quality management, as well as the specifications of the Executive Chef and Sushi Master
• Complying with hygiene regulations (control and execution)
• Ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen station
• Taking responsibility for the proper handling and cleaning of machines, equipment, and kitchen utensils
• Performing all preparation and post-service tasks for optimal kitchen workflow, including cleaning the workspace after each service

• Completed professional training as a chef
• Experience in sushi and sashimi preparation
• Strong interest in Japanese culture and cuisine
• Passion for working with fresh products
• Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility

• Excellent English skills; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus
