Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users, promptly and accurately resolving their requests and issues related to IT systems. -Collaborate with users to understand their needs and address any queries or problems. -Conduct comprehensive testing of internally developed software, including integration, functional, and regression testing. -Thoroughly document testing procedures, results, and defect reports, improving overall product quality. -Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve reported issues efficiently, ensuring reliable and high-quality software releases. -Continuously monitor the internal IT system for anomalies and participate in defining preventive measures. -Contribute to enhancing user support and testing processes by proposing innovative ideas and optimised solutions.
Requirements:
-Bachelor\\\'s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Proficient in SQL, preferably Oracle PL-SQL variant. -Familiarity with C#, .Net, .NET MVC pattern and with JavaScript and web applications is a plus -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. -Strong service and customer-oriented attitude -Knowledge of software testing principles and methodology. -Familiarity with software development environment and version control practices. -Attention to detail and ability to conduct accurate and comprehensive tests. -Team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, and end-users. -Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies. -Good command of technical English (written and spoken) for documentation and international communication.
