Job Description & Summary The Application Operations team provides PwC internal users and Application Responsible support of their applications in the Azure environment to ensure reliability and stability. As part of our team, you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll help enhance our operations quality, work across all Information Technology operational functions, and coordinate with service stakeholders as well as PwC global IT colleagues.

Your Tasks

• In this role, you will be part of a Switzerland-wide team that ensures the operation and maintenance of applications. You will process actively and independently incidents and requests.
• Your focus is on stability, quality improvement and problem management, and you will provide technical support and troubleshoot issues together with external experts.
• You implement new features and upgrades to keep our applications and security up to date.
• You develop and maintain application and training documentation and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external ICT partners.
• You will take part in the service management for local application services in collaboration with PwC\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Global IT Organization.
• You work in a multicultural team.

Your Profile

• You have a higher education in IT, or you have a 1st proven experience in IT and/or Application Operation Management.
• You have good experience in the operations area and have experience in dealing with cloud computing services. You are experienced in the implementation and optimization of processes including the associated IT systems.
• You ideally have certifications and interest in further training in the area of Operations, Microsoft Azure as well as Service Management ITIL or you are ITIL 4 Foundation certified or ready to get certified.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is an asset.
• You have good organizational skills and attention to detail, and you have the desire to work in an international environment as an innovative and motivated part of our local Applications Operations team.
