Analyst Regulatory Reporting

Tasks

Reporting global aggregated shareholdings in accordance with regulatory and legal / Assessing and analysing global holdings in issuers regulated in the assigned jurisdictions in EMEA in order to comply with local legal and regulatory requirements / Juggle a variety of demands / Liaise with staff outside the team (Equity traders, Operations, in-house Legal Counsels and IT specialists, Legal Counsels) / Work effectively with colleagues in London, US and APAC on a day-to-day basis / Responsible for analysing and assessing the obligation to disclose shareholdings / Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timely submission of the disclosures / Trading restrictions coverage / Establish and maintain good relationships with Regulators / Act as the Local Deputy of the EMEA Head of GSP / Responsibility for the running and day-to-day supervision of the location team / Ensuring that the country coverage set-up for the team is appropriate / Providing assistance to the team on their day-to-day activities / Support in the clarification of possible questions.

Requirements

Bachelor and/or Master degree (Law, Economics or Business Administration) / Sound banking experience /Knowledge of Financial Markets, Banking Industry and products / Enthusiasm to learn new procedures / Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time / Willingness to perform detailed work at high level of accuracy / Willingness to perform administrative work / Ability to work under pressure / Comfortable liaising with the business at all levels / Inclusive approach to teamwork / Ability to generate team spirit / Good sense of humor / Fluency in German and English.
