Ti occuperai dell\\xe2\\x80\\x99elaborazione dei tempi standard necessari per definire il costo di lavorazione di un capo di abbigliamento, dei bilanciamenti produttivi, dei fabbisogni organici e dell\\xe2\\x80\\x99ergonomia della postazione di lavoro.

In quale modo apporterai il tuo contributo:

• Determinazione dei tempi standard di lavorazione (cronometro/tempi predeterminati);
• Analisi e formulazione dei metodi di lavoro (in collaborazione con Engineering);
• Preparazione dei bilanciamenti/piani teorici di reparto;
• Attivit\\xc3\\xa0 di monitoraggio efficienza di reparto;
• Preparazione del budget della manodopera con relativo indice efficienza;
• Analizzare ed ottimizzare le metodologie di lavorazione;
• Analizzare ed ottimizzare i processi produttivi applicando le metodologie della Lean Production;
• Gestione dei layout di fabbrica.

These teams are divided into two areas: textiles and apparel.
