AI Programmer vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

- Executing data science and predictive analytics/generative AI projects
- Developing machine learning and AI models, including large language models, for various applications
- Collaborating with data scientists and business analysts to interpret data and adjust models
- Training, tuning, and deploying large language models for specific applications
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to team knowledge sharing
- Driving actionable insights through deep AI-based analytics and integrated data strategy
Your experience/knowledge:

- Expertise in Python and popular libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Excellent knowhow of machine learning algorithms and principles
- General understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing NLP
- Familiarity with training, tuning, and deploying large language models LLMs
- Good knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices

- Strong communication and documentation skills
