What awaits you

• Welcome to our multidisciplinary, energetic and well-coordinated team: Together with your colleagues, you will develop tailor-made business agility transformation approaches for and with our customers. In doing so, you will use agile methods such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, Nexus and Design Thinking.
• In your position, you competently and reliably accompany complex IT-related delivery projects from requirements analysis to successful go-live. To achieve this, you first select the right delivery approach, implement it, identify and eliminate potential risks, dependencies and obstacles, and provide all parties involved with the necessary digital solutions.
• You\\\'ll also carefully handle program and portfolio management tasks by planning and managing the financials, resources and capacities of your projects and communicate with stakeholders in a customer-friendly and courteous manner.
• In doing so, you will skillfully and diplomatically balance the different demands of internal and external customers and resolve any conflicts of interest through empathetic moderation and negotiation with a willingness to compromise.

What we\\\'re looking forward to

• University degree (e.g. in computer science/IT, business informatics, business administration, but also marketing or other) or equivalent training - we welcome applications from any discipline!
• Several years of professional experience as Scrum Master, RTE and/or Project Manager in an agile (IT) environment; knowledge of (scaled) agile methods, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software development processes; confident handling of agile tools (e.g. Jira) and project management tools (project costing, financial management), ideally with relevant certifications
• Fluency in English and the regional language (GER)
• Customer service orientation and an empathetic, efficient and effective communication style
