In this job you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll be working within the Corporate Donations & Sponsoring Department.
Purpose
\\nYou will be an administrative assistant, and in this position you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll need to handle a wide variety of confidential and time sensitive situations. You should be capable of handling multiple tasks at one time. Moreover you need to have adaptability, good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
\\n\\nYour tasks include
\\nLiaise with very senior internal and external stakeholders including the CEO and Chairman\\\'s Office
\\nParticipation in CSR activities (e.g. Children\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Walk) and providing administrative support
\\nGeneral report creation and handling via Sharepoint and Concur
\\nVisitor arrangements
\\nAmbassador trip
\\nRoche Commissions and Roche Young Commissions
\\nGeneral travel arrangements (flights, trains)
\\nHelp in preparation of agenda and meeting materials
\\nOnboarding new colleagues
\\nOrganization of team events
\\nWho you are
\\nYou have good verbal and written communication skills \\xe2\\x80\\x93 fluency in English and German is a requirement.
\\nYou have experience working in diverse and complex organizational cultures and structures, you are embracing the concept of constantly adapting to support Roche\\xe2\\x80\\x99s 10 year ambitions.
\\nYou are tech savvy and proficient with technology applications and enjoy exploring new digital tools. You have strong Google Suite and Microsoft Office skills.
\\nYou have strong organizational skills and attention to detail and have the ability to track and manage projects through to completion.
\\nYou maintain a collaborative, professional, highly responsive, and team-oriented approach to the workplace.
\\nYou are able to work independently and with a team effectively.
