Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities and Security.

The Senior Administrative Assistant, Commercial Finance will provide administrative to support three finance leaders from the International and Mid-Europe Region in EMEA (MER) finance teams.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage complex schedules with Senior Leaders, Leadership Team, and other high- level groups

Coordinate meetings, from both planning and scheduling perspectives

Schedules complex, multi-leg and international travel

Manage expense reporting

Manage and promote the use of communication platforms and tools (e.g. team site, Microsoft solutions, agile methodology)

Preparing and editing executive presentations (PowerPoint)

Support and coordinate special projects

General Secretarial and Clerical duties

May coordinate special projects within the division and area

Your Profile:

Degree is preferred

Solid experience as administrative support of Leadership Team member within an international business environment

Fluency in English and German language skill would be of benefit

Used to handling very sensitive information in a confidential manner

Mastery of Microsoft office and database applications

Knowledge of Pharmaceutical processes and experience of working in agile teams or agile work settings

Coordinating and performing of multiple tasks while understanding the project principles and technical skills related to own work assignments

Work priorities and activities are reviewed with little supervision

Produces and completes various work assignments requiring advanced analytical ability, independent judgment, creativity and problem-solving skills

Communication Skills must be at a level to effectively interact with Company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s executives and internal and external clients both on-site and remotely to maintain workflow

Ability to work well under pressure with high level of confidentiality

Diligence and ability to work independently and effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Ability to work with very high level of ethics, integrity, sense of justice and specially confidentiality and discretion, are absolutely required

Team working and collaboration skills: very good relations with colleagues and high-level stakeholders
