On behalf of our client, one of the largest banks in Switzerland, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant - Order Handling and Document Management.

Main responsibilities
Manage and process orders, including openings, modifications, and closures, in collaboration with relevant departments.
Serve as a point of contact for various stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate order handling.
Provide support to the incoming mail team by assisting in scanning and classifying documents.
Conduct quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders and related documentation.
Adhere to established guidelines and protocols for order handling and document management.
