Responsibilities & Qualifications:Your responsibilities:You will report directly to the R&D Centre Manager and will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:
- Assistant work and support for the R&D team.
- Support for the local accounting department by processing orders and monthly statements in SAP.
- Organisation of internal and external management meetings.
- Contact with the various departments of the production site and R&D centres in Europe and the United States.
- Organisation of intercontinental business trips and welcoming visitors.How to convince us:- You have a general commercial training (CFC) or a recognised equivalent training.
- You have several years of practical experience in assistant work, ideally in an international environment.
- Computer skills (MS Office) are essential. A good knowledge of SAP, SD module, is an asset.
- The position requires autonomy, dynamism, initiative and communication skills, as well as a sense of teamwork.
- You must be Fluent in French and English.
